Download our Tenant App to get anywhere, anytime visibility and control

Our Tenant App has been designed to facilitate ease of communication and information flow between Stone Carter and you, our valued customer. We have partnered with Re-Leased, leading property management software experts to ensure that we continually deliver innovative property experiences. 

The features and tools within the app work hard to improve your experience and interactions, giving you anywhere, anytime visibility of your lease agreement, along with the ability to log maintenance issues, view payment history, arrears, service charges, maintenance and inspections.

If you like the sound of the Tenant App, follow the steps below to get started:

  1. Complete the contact form to request your invitation to download the Tenant App.
  2. Create your username and password and then complete the registration using the link provided in your invitation.
  3. Once you’ve created your account, select which app type you would like to download: iOS or Android. Once you have downloaded the app you will be prompted to login using your username and password created in step two.

If for any reason you do not install the app at step three, you can find the Re-Leased Tenant App on the Apple App and Google Play Store.
